Cartridge or bag-type dust collector that pulls airborne dust out of a production area and pulse-cleans its own filters, so suction does not fade through the shift.
Any collector works well for the first hour; what separates them is what happens once the filter media loads up. Reverse pulse jet cleaning fires a burst of compressed air back through each element on a timer, knocking the dust cake into the hopper while the unit keeps running. That is why a properly specified collector holds its airflow all day instead of quietly losing capture velocity until the dust is back in the room.
Dust and fume work is a project rather than a purchase: hoods, ducting, collector, fan and controls all have to be sized together or the system underperforms from the first day. Unitec Trade Line designs, fabricates and commissions the whole installation from Rawalpindi, round spiral ductwork included, and hands it over balanced and tested.
Price is quoted on request. Send us your layout, the dust or fume you are dealing with and the number of pick-up points, and we will quote the system designed, supplied and installed.
