Refrigerated dryer that chills compressed air to condense the water out of it, protecting tools, cylinders and pneumatic controls from rust and slugs of condensate.
Every compressor makes water as well as air, and that water is what seizes cylinders, rusts air lines and ruins a paint finish. A refrigerated dryer cools the air to around three degrees so the moisture drops out as liquid and drains away, leaving the air dry enough for general plant use. For the majority of factory air systems it is all the drying that is needed, and it is far cheaper to run than a desiccant unit.
A dryer and filter train is only right if it is matched to the compressor ahead of it and the process behind it. We size the equipment against your actual flow, pressure and required air quality, supply it from Rawalpindi with delivery across Pakistan, and keep the replacement elements and desiccant charges available afterwards so the system keeps performing.
Price is quoted on request. Send us your compressor capacity and the air quality your process needs, and we will size the unit and quote a landed price including duty and delivery.
