Contact-free claw pump that produces vacuum with no oil in the pumping chamber, so there is no oil to change and nothing to contaminate the process.
The claws never touch each other or the housing, which means no wearing surfaces, no lubricant in the gas path and no oil mist in the exhaust. For a food packing hall or a printing press, removing the oil removes both the contamination risk and the disposal problem; for the plant engineer it removes the oil change from the maintenance schedule entirely. Running cost is typically well below an equivalent oil-sealed pump.
Choosing a vacuum pump is mostly about what is in the gas stream, not the vacuum level on the datasheet – wet, dusty or vapour-laden gas rules out pumps that look perfectly capable on paper. Tell us what you are pumping and we will match it. Supplied by Unitec Trade Line from Rawalpindi, with vanes, seals and service kits available afterwards.
Price is quoted on request. Send us the vacuum level and capacity you need along with what is in the gas stream, and we will quote a landed price including duty and delivery.
