Once the vessel is holding something that people eat, inject or react, the material stops being a cost decision. SS304 covers most food and general process duty; SS316 adds the molybdenum that resists chlorides and the more aggressive chemicals. We build to your drawing and specification in our own shop, and the vessel is handed over with material test certificates, weld records and the hydro test certificate together, so your QA file is complete on day one.
