Ducting is where a good HVAC design quietly loses its performance. Leaky joints, undersized branches and missing dampers mean the plant is sized correctly and the far end of the building still never gets cold. We fabricate to SMACNA practice on an auto duct line, install it with the dampers and flexible connections the system needs, insulate it, and then balance the airflow so the design figures and the measured figures actually agree.
HVAC is handled as a complete scope by Unitec Trade Line – heat load calculation, equipment selection, ducting fabrication, piping, installation, balancing and handover – so there is no gap between the supplier and the installer for anyone to argue over. We work from Rawalpindi on projects across Pakistan, with our own fabrication shop behind the sheet metal work.
