An AHU is a box of selected components, and which components go in depends entirely on the room it serves. A cleanroom needs terminal HEPA and a pressure regime; a food hall needs wash-down construction and tight humidity control; a commercial office needs neither and should not pay for them. Double-skin insulated panels keep the casing from sweating and cut breakout noise, and a plug fan with a drive lets the airflow be set on site rather than assumed.
HVAC is handled as a complete scope by Unitec Trade Line – heat load calculation, equipment selection, ducting fabrication, piping, installation, balancing and handover – so there is no gap between the supplier and the installer for anyone to argue over.
