A generation plant on its own feeds a pipeline; add a booster and a filling panel and it can fill cylinders too - for use elsewhere on the site, for contractors, or for sale. The booster raises the gas from generation pressure to 150 or 200 bar and the manifold charges several cylinders at once, with relief valves, non-return protection and pressure monitoring built into the panel because this is the part of the system carrying the most stored energy.
